YOGA THERAPY
Yoga therapy is a clinical, personalised and science based approach to healing. Bridging the gap between yoga and healthcare it combines yoga practices, neuroscience, physiology and psychology for the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group class setting.
It's a person centred, multidimensional approach which means the focus is on the individual's experience of living with the condition and how best to support their personal healing journey, rather than the yoga techniques themselves.
Specific yoga techniques are applied to alleviate or manage the symptoms of a specific condition.

THE PERI PARTY
The peri party is an 8 week yoga therapy course for women who want an empowered and holistic approach to reducing and managing their symptoms so that they can dance their way through the physical, emotional and life changes with confidence, ease, and a renewed sense of sanity and self.
The next course begins in autumn 2024.
